David qualified in 1967, when he became an assistant solicitor with a major city firm. Since 1973, he has been the Litigation Partner with his current firm in Chelmsford. His areas of work include both criminal and civil litigation. He was a member of the Law Society's Courts and Legal Services Committee, and is a former Chairman of LAPG.
