| Chris Graves is Head of the Family Team at Fisher Jones Greenwood in Colchester and a member of the Law Society's Children Panel, qualified to represent children as an independent advocate in difficult cases.
He has practised as an advocate solicitor in cases ranging from Social Security Tribunals to General Courts Martial and handles a wide range of family and children disputes together with Landlord/Tenant cases.
Chris has special responsibility for all of his firm's Legal Funding procedures and is a Chairman of the Legal Services Commission's Funding Review Panel which adjudicates on Legal Funding appeals across East Anglia.
He has also held a number of public posts including Colchester Borough Councillor, Chairman of Colchester Quaker Housing Association and Chairman of Governors at Colchester County High School. He is a recent President of Suffolk and North Essex Law Society. |
