Julie is the director of the Law Centres Federation. She was director of the National Association of Community Legal Centres in Sydney, Australia for five years, and has had 20 years' involvement with NACLC. As well as a long history of campaigning for community legal rights, she brings both an international and academic perspective to the Federation's work, having worked both for legal services in Australia and NGO's in South America, and in university research and lecturing roles.
