| Peter Duru BSc (Hons), MBA. Resigned from his position as the Criminal Defence Services Manager at the Legal Services Commission to set up Duru Management Consultancy in August 2003. Previous to this he held the position of Civil Contracts Manager and previous to that the post of Account Manager at the London Office. He has extensive senior management experience of both the private and public sector and an excellent track record as a trainer and management consultant.
Gemma Garen BSc, PGDL. Resigned from her position as a Senior Caseworker and Contract Compliance Auditor at the Legal Services Commission in Oct 2002 and went to work for the Immigration Advisory Service as their Quality Auditor before joining Duru Management Consultancy in August 2003. Gemma who also possesses the Certificate in Internal Auditing of Quality Management Systems (IRCA) was a prominent member of the appeals team at the Legal Services Commission and has extensive experience of CCA appeals, Transaction Criteria, mock audits, OISC audits, and CCA training.
