| Wayne Williams is a solicitor (non-practising). He is a member of the Wales Committee of the Law Society. He has written several articles on management of a legal practice. He lectures on LSC Contracting & Best Value tendering issues. He was the Managing Partner of a 3-branch Legal Aid practice. Wayne worked in various senior management roles within the Legal Services Commission from 1993 to 2003. He has helped several firms in England and Wales to comply with the Commission's ever changing requirements. He specialises in Business Planning, Practice Management, together with Partner & Staff appraisal and development. He has an in depth knowledge of Peer Review and Contract Compliance audits. |
