Unfair Trade Mark

Our association of retired seafarers was established in 1987 when there was no other association in the country, we were approached by the M.O.D. after coming under fire at Plymouth's Armistice day parade for parading the Red Ensign without permission from the Royal Navy and the City Council. This was well documented in the local press, in 2002 we were told that our blazer badge had to be changed. This we complied too and had a new badges designed for us and we submitted this crest to the patents office, until we found out a day before the license was due that the National body of our association was claiming this badge as there own. We appealed against losing this license but we somehow lost the case. We are in no position to carry on fighting as we lost many thousands of pounds trying to claim what is rightly ours. Is there solicitors that can help us through this darkest period through the legal aid system.
